From August 15 to October 25, 2026, Heritage Montreal invites the public to the newest edition of ArchitecTours. In this 50th anniversary year of the Montreal Olympic Games, join our volunteer guides to discover the sometimes spectacular, sometimes unknown heritage of the sporting facilities of the city. This tour begins in the well-established residential neighbourhood around Monkland Avenue. From the Hampton YMCA through Confederation and Benny Parks, we will discover how Notre-Dame-de-Grâce has fostered enduring sport and community infrastructure in its schools and its parks. Starting point: corner of Royal and Monkland - can be reached from métro Villa-Maria + 103 bus End point: Benny Park, near the Centre sportif NDG; return to métro Villa-Maria with the 162 bus (corner of Benny and Monkland) or 103 bus (corner of Grand Boulevard and Monkland) Please note: this tour ends far from its starting point. PRACTICAL INFORMATION - The tour is on foot, lasts approximately 120 minutes, and takes place regardless of weather conditions. If weather conditions become too disruptive, Héritage Montréal may decide to cancel the tour. - Some tours include stairs or steps. - Please arrive before the departure time: the tour starts on time, and latecomers will not be waited for. - Animals, even on a leash, are not allowed, except for guide dogs or service dogs. Please inform us in advance. - You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email, along with a reminder a few days before the tour. GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS - Service fees not included - Refunds (excluding service charges) possible up to 48 h prior to tour start time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel. - Tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold on-site the day of the tour. - Tickets cannot be resold. Héritage Montréal, through its Tuxedo ticketing service, is the only authorized point of sale. - In case of unforeseeable circumstances, Héritage Montréal reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, participants will be notified, and tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
